- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Proficient in safety coordination, site documentation, subcontractor support
- Detail-oriented, hungry to learn, ready to grow into leadership
- Reliable, driven, and ready to commit to a career path in field operations
