Construction Attorney

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Law Firm with offices across the East Coast to add Construction Attorney’s to their growing teams in NYC/Long Island. They have been in business for over 75+ years and have over 250+ Attorneys across their office locations nationwide. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite.

We Offer:

• Pay: $180-250K+ Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $200k - $270k)
• Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $30K

Attorney Responsibilities:

• Draft and review complex construction contracts and agreements
• Prepare pleadings, draft motions, and manage discovery demands
• Make regular court appearances on construction litigation matters
• Handle case strategy and resolution for construction law disputes

Attorney Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active New York State Bar admission  
• ?  Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant construction law experience
