Location: Aurora, NE
Pay: $19.00 $20.50+/hour, depending on experience and position
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM or 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PM

Associated Staffing is hiring Construction and Production Workers in Aurora, NE! Several positions are available for candidates with construction, carpentry, finishing or related hands-on experience. If you know how to use construction tools, read a tape measure and work from blueprints, we want to hear from you!
Available Positions
Floor Builder

• 
  Construct floor assemblies, including sideboards, joists, ledger boards and hangers
  
• 
  Verify floor assemblies are square using cross measurements
  
• 
  Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints
  
• 
  Construction experience and blueprint/tape measure reading skills required
  

Interior Trimmer

• 
  Layout, measure, cut and install interior trim
  
• 
  Follow blueprint specifications to ensure accurate installation
  
• 
  Use a variety of construction and finishing tools
  
• 
  Strong blueprint, tape measure and layout skills required
  

Drywall Reworker

• 
  Identify and repair defects on the production line
  
• 
  Complete line and yard changes as needed
  
• 
  Correct material shortages and other production issues
  
• 
  Construction tool, blueprint and tape measure experience required
  

Siding Installer

• 
  Prepare and install exterior wall coverings
  
• 
  Use nail guns, hoists and other construction tools
  
• 
  Follow blueprints and production orders
  
• 
  Accurately measure materials to 1/16 inch
  

Tile Installer

• 
  Layout rooms and install backer board
  
• 
  Install tile, grout and caulking
  
• 
  Measure and fit tile into tight spaces
  
• 
  Install shower doors
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
• 
  Tile experience preferred, but training may be available for candidates with related construction experience
  
• 
  Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch and handle physically demanding work
  

What We re Looking For

• 
  Previous construction, carpentry, assembly or related experience
  
• 
  Experience using construction and power tools
  
• 
  Ability to read and understand blueprints
  
• 
  Strong tape measure and measurement skills
  
• 
  Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Ability to perform physically demanding work
  
• 
  Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
