What You'll Do

• Take ownership of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage customer invoicing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
• Support job costing, project billing, change orders, retainage tracking, and related accounting activities.
• Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects for executive leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with project teams and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records and resolve accounting issues.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
• Experience working in a project-based or construction-related environment is a plus.
• Understanding of job costing, progress billing, retainage, and general accounting practices.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software; Sage experience is highly desirable.
• A proactive, organized professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $80,000
