Pay Rate: $90k with a potential $30-40k bonus

Job Description:

The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and management oversight for the day-to-day operations of the market. The key functions of this role include driving sales, developing others, and managing profitability. In cooperation with and as directed by the Director of Construction, this position is responsible for the growth and successful operations of all business segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branch staff, foster a results-driven culture, and support team development and performance
• Lead resource and production planning across commercial and residential projects
• Serve as the primary market representative; build client and partner relationships
• Oversee branch profitability, cost control, and operational compliance
• Track KPIs including production, job cost, P&L, and inventory
• Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Oversee inventory and supply chain to maintain project schedules
• Partner with business development on project scoping and pricing
• Manage staffing, performance, and team development in line with budget

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent industry-related experience required. Bachelor's degree
• preferred
• Experience within the construction industry
• 5+ years of management experience within the construction industry
• Home-building knowledge, specifically roofing, siding, and gutters
• Sales experience a plus
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate when appropriate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient in interpreting building codes and blueprints for residential and commercial roofing, siding, and/or gutter installations
