We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Manager to oversee the management, control, and flow of project and operational information within our growing construction business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MEP and construction CAD drawings, design documentation, and version controlCoordinate system design and ensure compliance with applicable codesOversee submittals, document control, and project documentationSupport procurement and track material and vendor communicationsEnsure smooth field turnover with complete and accurate project dataCreate and maintain design project schedules and generate progress reportsLead design coordination meetings and manage communication across teamsCollaborate with contract administration and field teamsOversee data governance, digital systems, and information securityDrive quality assurance and continuous process improvementEvaluate and implement technology solutions for workflow optimizationQualificationsExperience in construction, project management, or document controlStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in MEP CAD and document management systemsUnderstanding of construction processes and building codes preferredAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsCompensation$85,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
