Construction Carpenter & Framer
Location: Los Fresnos, TX
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Construction Carpenters and Framers to join our residential construction team in Los Fresnos, TX. This position involves building and assembling wood framing systems for new home construction, including walls, floors, roof structures, and other essential components. Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install wall, floor, and roof framing for new residential homes
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other construction materials
- Install roof trusses, rafters, and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and construction plans
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Ensure projects are completed according to building specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with general construction labor duties as needed
- Build and install wall, floor, and roof framing for new homes
- Read and follow construction plans and measurements
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials
- Install trusses, rafters, and structural components
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and construction standards
- Assist with general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpentry, framing, construction, or residential home building preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic construction math
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
