If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy building projects that last, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Construction Carpenter, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential construction projects by:Performing rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, renovations, and remodeling projectsInstalling framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, siding, and other finish materialsReading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and project plansMeasuring, cutting, and assembling materials with precisionSafely operating hand and power toolsPreparing work areas, staging materials, and maintaining clean, organized jobsitesIdentifying potential jobsite issues and communicating them to the Lead Carpenter or Project ManagerWorking collaboratively with the construction team to keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanshipWhat We're Looking For3+ years of professional carpentry experienceExperience in residential, commercial, or custom constructionStrong rough and/or finish carpentry skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsProficiency with standard carpentry hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipAbility to work independently while collaborating with the project teamReliable transportation and a valid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsExperience with residential remodeling, custom homes, or high-end residential constructionExperience working in occupied homes during remodeling projectsBroad understanding of residential construction methodsInterest in growing into a Lead Carpenter or other field leadership roleWhat Success Looks LikeIn this role, you'll:Deliver quality craftsmanship on every projectHelp keep projects on schedule through dependable performanceMaintain clean, safe, and organized jobsitesBuild positive working relationships with teammates and homeownersTake ownership of your work while continuing to develop your skills and contribute to successful project outcomesWhy Join Lakeside?Competitive pay of $25-$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffStable, year-round residential construction workOpportunities for advancement into Lead Carpenter and other leadership rolesA supportive team that values craftsmanship, integrity, accountability, and professional growthApply TodayIf you're an experienced carpenter looking to build quality projects with a company that values craftsmanship and invests in its people, we'd love to hear from you.Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your carpentry experience.
