Key Requirements:
- Must have carpentry experience in a new construction environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of framing, finishing, and general construction methods.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely.
- Strong mathematical and measuring skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
