Lead Construction Laborer
Pay: $22.50/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Hours may vary based on project needs)
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Construction Laborer to join our residential construction team. This position requires hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall installation, and general residential construction. Candidates must have reliable transportation, their own basic hand tools, and the ability to travel directly to various job sites.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with residential construction, remodeling, and renovation projects
  • Perform framing, drywall installation, carpentry, demolition, and general construction tasks
  • Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately
  • Assist with tile cutting and installation as needed
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
  • Previous residential construction experience required
  • Strong carpentry and drywall installation experience required
  • Experience with tile cutting is preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel directly to job sites
  • Must provide and maintain the following basic hand tools:
    • 4-foot level
    • Nail bags
    • Hammer
    • Tape measure
    • Speed square
    • Drill
    • Impact gun
    • Drywall mud tools
    • Circular saw
  • Ability to lift up to 90 pounds when required
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tools ProvidedThe company will provide specialty equipment, including:
  • Tile saws
  • Compressors
  • Nail guns
  • Miter saws
  • Other specialty tools as needed
Work Environment
  • Employees report directly to assigned job sites; there is no central office location.
  • Job sites vary throughout the service area.
  • Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel to different residential project locations as needed.

  • Valid driver's license preferred
