Construction Carpenter Tech 3/Tech 4

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to support both exterior and interior scopes across the greater Seattle area.

Compensation

• $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Biweekly pay

Key Responsibilities

·        Perform dry rot repair and replacement

·        Rough framing (balconies, landings, and structural components)

·        Siding installation and repair

·        Finish carpentry (trim, doors, casings, cabinets, and detail work)

·        Safely operate hand and power tools

·        Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Qualifications

·        Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience required

·        Experience with dry rot, framing, siding, and/or finish carpentry preferred

·        Ability to perform physically demanding work in various jobsite conditions

·        Reliable transportation to travel between job sites

·        Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

·        Authorized to work in the United States
