Schedule: Monday- Friday 7a-4p
- Must be able to provide a valid CONSTRUCTION OSHA 10 certification
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers specializing in construction site clean-up. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site while supporting construction crews with basic labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general construction site clean-up, including debris removal and disposal
- Sweep, shovel, and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Move materials and equipment to designated areas
- Support skilled tradesmen as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
Qualifications- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
