On Call

This position includes hands-on work such as jobsite cleanup, trash removal, moving materials, loading and unloading supplies, assisting crews, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.


The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, willing to work, and able to follow directions in active construction and commercial jobsite environments.


Schedule may vary based on project needs. Day, evening, weekend, and overtime opportunities may be available. 

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, walk, and work for extended periods
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, or varying schedules as needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Preferred but Not Required

• OSHA certification
• Experience working on active construction jobsites
• Experience with final construction cleans
• Experience using ladders, basic tools, floor equipment, or cleaning machines
