NOW HIRING – HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION / CONCRETE WORKERS

Express Employment Professionals is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals for a heavy-duty construction/concrete production position.

THIS IS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK!
You must be comfortable working hard, being on your feet for long periods, and working in an industrial/construction environment.

Job Duties May Include:
Preparing concrete forms and production beds
Working with rebar and steel
Tying rebar and assisting with form setup
️ Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
Using hand and power tools
Heavy lifting and physical labor
Cleaning forms and work areas
☀️ Working in hot, outdoor/non-climate-controlled conditions

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Construction, concrete, rebar, carpentry, or heavy labor experience preferred
✅ Comfortable with 10–14 hour workdays when needed
✅ Able to perform repetitive lifting and physical work
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Must be dependable and able to report to work on time
✅ Must be comfortable working outdoors and in the heat

Job Location: Sandston, VA
