A bit about us:
We are a growing construction organization with 100+ employees and a strong track record of continued financial and operational growth. As we continue to expand, we are building out our leadership team and investing in the infrastructure needed to support the next stage of the business.
Our finance and accounting team operates in a lean, collaborative environment where individuals have significant ownership and visibility. We are looking for a Construction Controller who wants to be more than a traditional accounting leader — this is an opportunity to become a trusted business partner and play an important role in the company's continued growth.
Why join us?
Make a real impact. This is not a role where you'll simply inherit an established accounting function and maintain the status quo. You'll have the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen reporting, and help shape the financial infrastructure of a growing organization.
Work directly with the CFO. You'll have a true seat at the table and work closely with the CFO on the company's financial operations and strategy.
Significant career growth. The company is growing both financially and in headcount, and this position is being created with the long term in mind. The right person can progressively take on greater responsibility and grow into a broader finance and business leadership role.
Lean, collaborative team. You'll have meaningful ownership without layers of bureaucracy. Your work will have direct visibility and impact across the organization.
Construction-focused leadership opportunity. If you enjoy combining hands-on accounting with operational partnership and business strategy, this is an opportunity to put your construction finance expertise to work at a growing company.
