Job Description
CTA Construction Co., Inc. is a Boston based general contractor seeking an experienced controller. Candidates should be able to work within a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities consist of all accounting functions including:
- A/P, A/R, GL, certified payroll and monthly AIA requisitions
- Management of all project cost accounting with intimate knowledge of percentage of completion accounting and construction project costing
- Preparation of quarterly tax filings in conjunction with outside auditors
- Payroll, insurances, 401K and other human resource responsibilities
- Company cash flow analyses and associated reporting
- Manage insurance process
- Company and project cash flow projections and budget forecasting
Ideal candidate should possess a BS degree with 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Excellent salary and benefits package.
