Job Description

Construction Controller with GC Experience

Location: Metro Atlanta
Salary: Up to $145,000 plus bonus
Benefits: Excellent benefits
Position: In-office

Job Overview: We are looking for a Construction Controller with experience in General Contracting (GC) to join our team in Metro Atlanta. This is an in-office position where you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the success of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial aspects of our construction projects
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform cost analysis and control
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to support project success
Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Controller or similar role in the construction industry
Strong background in General Contracting (GC)
Proficient in using construction software such as Vista, Procore, or SAGE 300/Timberline
Excellent knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
