Job Title: Construction Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator with over 10 years of extensive experience in construction, preferably having served as a superintendent or construction manager at a general contractor or owner representative company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed in compliance with the construction documents and will have the ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.

Work Environment
The role requires a construction professional committed to a long-term position. The candidate must have recent experience in commercial or industrial construction. The scope includes renovation and refurbishment of existing facilities and new construction at various U.S. sites. The work environment is dynamic, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy. The position offers 10 PTO days and 9 paid holidays per calendar year, with any hours worked over 40 compensated at time and a half. Travel arrangements for contractors are managed efficiently, ensuring a balanced work/life experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
