Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site representative and trusted field liaison for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure construction projects. Acting as the "eyes and ears" of the project team, this role is responsible for ensuring construction activities remain aligned with project schedules, quality expectations, and client objectives while providing proactive communication and issue resolution across all project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary on-site representative, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Attend and facilitate project coordination meetings, documenting discussions, tracking action items, and driving timely follow-up.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, site access, and vendor activities to support uninterrupted project execution.
- Perform field observations and quality assurance inspections, identifying deficiencies and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
- Track and coordinate warranty issues, punch list items, and field resolutions through completion.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, progress updates, and photographic records.
- Identify potential schedule, quality, or operational risks early and communicate recommendations to project leadership.
- Act as the communication bridge between project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Represent the organization with the highest level of professionalism, accountability, and customer service on mission-critical construction projects.
