What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Drive project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across township, state, and federal requirements
Develop schedules, track progress, and report performance using project management tools
Lead communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities including final billing and reporting
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and coordinate multiple construction activities
Working knowledge of heavy/civil construction practices, project workflows, and field operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders
Ability to lead and direct work while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software applications

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
