• Pay Rate: $85.00 $95.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

We are looking for two senior Construction Coordinators / Construction Managers with 15 20 years of experience supporting utility or industrial construction projects. These roles are field-based and function as the owner's representative on-site overseeing contractors, ensuring safety, coordinating work, and keeping projects on track.

We are targeting:

• 1 candidate with a civil/mechanical construction background
• 1 candidate with a strong electrical construction background (similar to a substation/electrical site manager)

This role is less about doing the work and more about coordinating, managing, and "owning" the site acting as the point person ensuring everything runs smoothly. Strong preference for candidates who have been Construction Managers, Site Managers, or Superintendents in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Role 1: Civil / Mechanical

• Pipeline / gas work
• Cooling systems / HVAC
• Structural / civil builds
• Industrial construction

Role 2: Electrical

• Substations
• Switchgear
• MCCs
• High voltage systems

Required Skills

• Experience leading construction efforts in the field (not just office/project management)
• Background working in utility, energy, or heavy industrial environments
• Experience coordinating contractors and overseeing multiple scopes of work (civil, mechanical, electrical)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings (electrical and/or mechanical)
• Experience working in active ("brownfield") facilities essentially ground up facilities
• Ability to lead safety efforts and work with union labor

Required Experience

• 15 20 years of experience supporting utility or industrial construction projects
• Prior experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Superintendent in the field
