Here's the Role:
We are hiring a Construction Coordinator to join our team! Based out of La Grange, you will support our construction and maintenance teams by providing on-site inspection services. You'll travel independently to job sites to oversee our contractor crews working on right of way maintenance. Are you ready for the next step in your career? Then, we want you to apply!
How You’ll Contribute:
- Provide construction management, contract adherence and inspection services.
- Travel independently to locations to directly observe jobsites.
- Provide technical assistance and information to customers for project field activities.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; implement plans.
- Develop and deliver performance and activity reports to management.
- Document changes made to systems or equipment.
How You’re Qualified:
- Six or more years of experience in construction trades, industrial maintenance, or construction project management, including some experience monitoring contract labor and projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications, building codes and safety regulations or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in construction, industrial maintenance, project management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Have a TDA Herbicide Applicators License.
- Have an ISA Arborist Certification.
