Construction Coordinator
Location: In-Office (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be comfortable managing administrative, financial, and project coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Xactimate
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Construction, restoration, or remodeling industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and manage customer contracts
- Prepare and distribute work orders
- Order and coordinate delivery of construction materials
- Upload estimates and project documentation into company software platforms
- Submit invoices and maintain accurate project records
- Track accounts receivable and monies owed
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
- Assist with scheduling and administrative project support
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files
