Job Responsibilities:

Assisting in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field ProblemsActing as the Liaison via Phone and Email between Home Owners, Sub Contractors, & EmployeesCoordinating and Managing Multiple Active Job Site SchedulesTracking All Jobs in ProgressCompleting & Sending Out PO's Within Appropriate Time FramesBeing Responsible for Deposits and Submitting Financing for Job SitesOrdering the Materials Needed to Complete ProjectsKeeping Our Commitments through Proactive Attention to Detail and Execution

Experience & Skills:

Customer Service OrientedAble to Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously while Remaining in Awareness of Completion Dates with an Understanding of Time ManagementAble to Easily Adapt to Time Sensitive Deadlines, with Frequently Changing Priorities in a Customer Satisfaction Driven EnvironmentAble to Set and Achieve Monthly Goals & BudgetsLaser Focused with High Attention to DetailPrideful in all Job Tasks, Big or SmallSuperior in Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)Knowledgeable in the Construction Industry (a plus but not mandatory)Preferably Bi-lingual (Spanish a plus but not mandatory)

This position is a full-time, in person role that is offering an hourly wage of $26-$30/hour DOE.
