Job Title: Construction Coordinator Job Location: Williamsburg, VA (Local Candidates Only) Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension) Schedule: They will be on a 5/8 work schedule Monday through Friday’s with overtime Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable with frequent travel to different site locations. They will be responsible for driving a company/company rental vehicle. Education Requirement: Minimum HS Diploma required. Experience Required: Some directly related experience (transmission line or heavy construction): 4-10+ years. Some knowledge of construction, operations and maintenance of transmission lines; switching, tagging and grounding; concrete construction. Basic knowledge of contract administration and OSHA safety standards. Basic knowledge of computer programs. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. Project management. Public relations. Abilities: Read and understand technical specifications. Work independently, evaluate problems and make sound decisions. Analytical and conceptual thinking. Adapt to changing conditions and demands. Physical attributes required to perform essential functions of the job - lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, bending, prolonged standing and manual dexterity.I
