The Construction Cost Manager oversees cost management for small to medium-sized commercial real estate projects across all phases, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
They assess project scope, develop budgets, and collaborate with project teams to source pre-bid and pre-construction services.
Responsibilities include ensuring funding compliance, reviewing bid responses, aligning cost plans with schedules, and managing cash flows.
The role requires strong judgment, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 annually, plus benefits and discretionary bonuses.
