Your Day -to -Day:<\/b>

In your role as a Crew Member or Assistant Crew Leader, you'll experience a typical day working alongside skilled colleagues, creating beautiful, long -lasting outdoor spaces for our customers. Reporting directly to your crew leader, you'll contribute to a team that values efficiency, problem -solving, and a strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort.

Experience:<\/b>
<\/p>


<\/div>

Assistant Crew Leader:<\/b> $24 per hour
<\/p>

1+ years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building. 
<\/p>

Crew Member: <\/b>$20 per hour
<\/p>

6 months + experience in a building trades position.  Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
<\/p>

Transportation:<\/b>
<\/p>

Posses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on -time arrival to job sites.       <\/span>
<\/p>

Communication:<\/b>
<\/p>

Excellent communication skills written and verbal
<\/p>

Physical Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.       <\/span>
