Kesser Construction is hiring for active renovation and development projects across Pittsburgh, PA. Looking for people who can work across multiple trades, not just one lane.


What you'll do:

• Demo, framing, electrical (including lighting), concrete (dig-out, pour, and finish), plumbing, drywall
• Flooring, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and trim work
• Work across all phases of a job site, not siloed into one trade
• Take direction from crew leads; experienced tradespeople may take on lead responsibilities over time

What we're looking for:

• Background in one or more of the trades above; the greater the value you bring to the table, the better
• Strong work ethic; shows up on time, works hard, doesn't cut corners
• Great attitude; works well with the crew, takes direction, doesn't need to be managed constantly
• Fast learner if you're light on experience in a given trade; we'll teach you what you don't know

Pay and benefits:

• $19-$28/hr, based on experience and trade skill
• Performance-based bonuses and per-job bonuses
• Health insurance; company pays half the premium
• Steady work across multiple active projects, not one-off gigs
