JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
- Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
- Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
- Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress
- Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven leadership or supervisory
- Previous general labor experience in construction or working outdoors
- Must be able to bend and stoop and lift 50lbs
- Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
- Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
- We are a drug-free workplace. Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
