We are seeking a Construction Crew Leader to manage a team of 4-6 employees on foundation repair projects.
- Lead and train crew members, ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards
- Inspect job progress and manage jobsite operations
- Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements include proven leadership in construction, customer service skills, ability to lift 50lbs, work outdoors on uneven ground, and a valid driver's license with a good record. Candidates must pass drug tests and background checks.
