Construction Crew Supervisor

Olshan Foundation Repair is currently seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team! You will be leading a construction crew of 4-6 employees.

Construction Crew Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress
• Safely operate company equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction
• Previous foundation repair experience a Plus
• Customer Service
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop
• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
• Must be 21+
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Compensation:

• $17-$19 DOE
