Job Title: Construction Crewman
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Description:We are currently seeking a Construction Crewman to join our team in Bakersfield. This position involves performing general construction and remodeling work, assisting with repairs, and supporting the crew in maintaining safe and organized job sites.The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Perform general construction and remodeling work
- Assist with repairs including fascia, siding, trim, and deck work
- Support remodeling tasks such as roofing, cement work, and painting
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum 2 years of construction or handyman experience
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to work on ladders up to 6 feet above the ground
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Schedule- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional overtime and Saturdays may be required
