Stier Supply Company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Data Entry Admin to join our Support Services team. This role plays a key part in keeping projects and information moving smoothly, with a strong focus on data entry, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

What You Will Do

  • Use web-based applications to gather and input project data accurately
  • Create, maintain, and update daily reports and schedules
  • Track, document, and manage builder schedules and project details
  • Communicate clearly with field teams, office staff, and internal departments
  • Escalate issues or discrepancies as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to organize and report information
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across systems

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of personal accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office tools, and file-sharing platforms (like Dropbox)
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
