Construction Defect Attorney - Hybrid Schedule

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join one of our top clients Construction Defect and General Liability practice group. This position is ideal for a mid-level litigator looking to take the next step in their career with a collaborative, well-established law firm.

You’ll be part of a team that values mentorship, high-quality work, and a healthy work-life balance—supported by a hybrid work policy and unlimited paid time off.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• 2–6 years of defense litigation experience, specifically in Construction Defect

• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the bar in California

• Strong writing, research, and case management skills

• Ability to handle cases independently and work collaboratively within a team
