What you'll do

• Manage construction defect litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Develop litigation strategies and advise clients throughout the legal process
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management
• Work closely with attorneys and litigation support teams
• Deliver exceptional client service while achieving successful case outcomes

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of construction defect litigation experience
• Active Florida Bar license
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Experience with ProLaw is a plus
