The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent case management skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction defect cases from inception through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.Work closely with construction and engineering experts to develop case strategy.Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel regarding case progress.QualificationsJD from an accredited law school and active state bar license.3+ years of litigation experience; construction defect preferred.Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Experience with complex, multi-party litigation is a plus.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually .
