Description

• • Lead all onsite activities for commercial interior projects from mobilization through closeout.
  • Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations, inspections, safety standards, and documentation.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and sequencing of interior trades.
  • Maintain daily reports, coordinate inspections, and drive quality control and punchlists.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams to keep projects on schedule and on point.

Profile

A successful DOB Superintendent should have:

• • Active NYC DOB Superintendent License (required).
  • Proven experience supervising commercial interior projects (office, retail, TI).
  • Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, inspections, and permitting processes.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Organized, detail‑driven, and proud of running safe, efficient, professional job sites.
