Tetra Tech needs a full-time, Electrical Engineer in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia (live position, not proposal) for construction of 27 Acre New U.S. Embassy Compound (NEC) with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.

New Office Building (NOB) and Support Annexes (SPXs)
New Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) and Staff Housing
Chief of Mission Residence (CMR)
Compound Access Control (CAC) Facilities
Utility Buildings, Vehicle Repair Shops, Structured Parking, and Recreational Facilities

Position Description
Provide NEC project with full range of critical engineering and construction management oversight.
Perform technical inspections of electrical work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.
Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
Monitor construction progress with regard to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.
Candidates should have experience with high and low voltage equipment, telephone systems, and fire alarms systems.
Requirements
US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
Must possess either a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a U.S. institution; or
An ABET-certified Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a foreign institution, or
An active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
7 years of on-site experience on Vertical Construction Projects.
Prior work on overseas projects is preferred but not required.
