Pay Rate: $43.26 - $62.50 / hour


Duties:


+ Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

+ Maintain a culture of safety and quality first.

+ Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.

+ Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking.

+ Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards.

+ Evaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmen.

+ Performs takeoffs change orders and project related work.

+ Evaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiency.

Position Requirements:

Qualifications


+ Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience.

+ 10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.

+ Experience working with technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments.

+ Experience with $2M-$20M electrical projects preferred.

+ OSHA 30 or ability to obtain

+ Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups.

+ Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project work.

+ Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.

+ Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check.
