Required Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Construction Engineering**, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in pavement construction, inspection, or management.
- Proven track record in airport runway/taxiway projects or other large-scale transportation infrastructure (e.g., “horizontal / civil;” or “flatwork”).
- Experience with pavement evaluation techniques (FWD testing, PCI surveys, friction testing).
- Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars (AC 150 series) and ICAO Annex 14 requirements.
