This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day safety execution within energized electrical construction environments and partnering closely with project leadership to maintain safe, compliant, and high‑performing job sites.Direct electrical data center construction safety experience is required.Position OverviewThe EH&S Manager serves as the primary safety leader supporting one or more active data center construction sites. This role works directly with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to ensure consistent implementation of safety programs across complex electrical infrastructure installations.This is a hands‑on field leadership role , not a corporate safety position.ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site safety walkthroughs and compliance inspectionsSupport energized work planning and electrical hazard mitigation strategiesPartner with project leadership to proactively identify and reduce job‑site risksLead incident investigations and corrective action implementationTrack safety performance metrics and reporting trendsReinforce OSHA compliance across assigned project environmentsCoordinate subcontractor safety alignment and expectationsDeliver safety orientations and toolbox talksSupport implementation of company safety programs and proceduresParticipate in client‑facing safety coordination meetings when requiredThis role supports safety oversight within:Hyperscale and enterprise data center constructionElectrical infrastructure installationsMulti‑contractor job sites operating on accelerated construction schedulesRequired Qualifications5+ years of EH&S experience supporting construction environmentsDirect safety experience supporting electrical installations within data center construction projectsExperience working in energized electrical environmentsOSHA 30 certificationExperience partnering with project managers and field supervisors on active construction sitesPreferred CertificationsOne or more of the following is strongly valued:CHSTASPCSPEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
