If you’re energized by technology, complex systems, and helping customers keep their fleets running, this role is for you. Our T3 platform connects you to real-time data from hundreds of makes and models so you can make the right call quickly and document it cleanly.
Your Impact
Create, assign, and track work orders using laptops/tablets.
Monitor machine service intervals, order parts, and coordinate pick-up/delivery of equipment & components.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across rental and customer fleets—using independent judgment.
Maintain daily electronic documentation that’s complete and timely.
Coach and support lower-level technicians when needed.
Promote safe work practices and apply OSHA knowledge (preferred).
Engage in year-round, company-provided OEM training.
Other duties as needed to support the team.

Must-Have Skills
Personally owned tools applicable to the position.
Advanced mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency.
Extensive knowledge of construction equipment; advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
Strong customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication.
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
Background in field service, equipment maintenance, or repair preferred.
Physical Requirements
Move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
Lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
