Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Equipment Shop Technician.
Position Summary Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar is seeking highly skilled Diesel Technicians for shop positions working on Diesel engines or construction equipment as well as other supporting equipment.
The focus of this position will be to provide Diesel Engine and other mechanical repairs on a wide range of customers from the mining, construction, and paving industries. Cleveland Brothers will provide you the necessary training and specialty tools to be successful as a technician working for the largest equipment company in Pennsylvania.
Primary Responsibilities The successful applicant must have relevant working experience and be able to operate and maintain all types of earthmoving and construction equipment. The successful candidate must also have good human relations skills and abilities as well as the personality to successfully communicate and problem solve with customers. Customer satisfaction is of primary concern.

As a Shop Mechanic Technician, you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions.

The workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Work overtime as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications A wide range of various working experience is acceptable to the company, including technical schools, military background, and/or job experience.
