**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial or homebuilding
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of estimating and preconstruction purchasing processes
• Extensive understanding of homebuilding or commercial construction
• Proficiency in estimating, purchasing, and preconstruction software such as Excel, Word, BuilderTrend, and OnScreenTakeoff.
