Construction Estimator

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-5
Expected Hours: 40

Our client is looking for a construction estimator with experience in industrial and commercial construction estimating to assist with the full bidding process of inception through completion. They will lead design teams through the successful completion of construction documents while adhering to the project requirements.

* Prepare and/or assist with the preparation of scopes of work to support the estimating process.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with our subcontracting community.


* Must have experience with construction management processes, including estimating, bidding, purchasing, subcontractor negotiations, and design/construction technology
* Must have an understanding of the design and approval process, including knowledge of building codes.
* Must have at least 3 years" experience in industrial and/or commercial estimating
* Must have the ability to fully comprehend front end documents
