At Graziano's Property Solutions, we’re expanding and growing! We are looking for a Construction Estimator. Position is full time and comes with a employee benefits package.


Role Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to accurately project and control costs for our Commercial/Industrial projects. You will be responsible for gathering site data, analyzing blueprints, and preparing comprehensive bids to ensure project profitability and quality. 


Key Responsibilities:
         Analyze & Estimate: Conduct on-site assessments and take precise measurements for labor and material costs.
  • Bid Management: Prepare accurate scopes of work and detailed estimates using software like ProCore.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with managers and field staff to monitor job cost performance and resolve any cost discrepancies.
  • Vendor Relations: Identify and negotiate with qualified subcontractors and material vendors.
  • Reporting: Summarize information and trends into special reports for leadership. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office and specialized bidding software such as ProCore.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication for interacting with clients and leadership, along with complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Licensing: Must maintain a valid driver's license for site visits. 
Compensation & Benefits
         Salary: Competitive pay base between $85,000 - $125,000, based on experience. Commissions also available with sales resulting from                         Estimates.
