The ideal candidate will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare cost estimates from conceptual to final documents, and support bid decisions.You will solicit subcontractor pricing, analyze costs, and coordinate with project managers and architects to develop competitive bids while staying current on market pricing and industry trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
