Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Provide accurate cost estimates, schedules, and take offs
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide accurate information
- Develop risk assessments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- 5-10 years of experience estimating projects in retail and/or hospitality
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Must have integrity
Salary Range: $90-120K
