Job Details

–Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
–Minimum of 4 years of commercial preconstruction estimating experience.
–Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
–Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
–Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
–Experience with construction estimating and project tools such as HeavyBid, Sage, OST, Procore, or Bluebeam.
–Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents accurately, with exceptional attention to detail.
