We’re hiring an Escrow Manager to lead operations for a growing escrow company in Irvine.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team, managing high-volume transactions, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings from open to close.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor escrow team (officers + assistants)
• Oversee daily operations and file flow
• Ensure compliance with DFPI regulations
• Step in on complex deals and client escalations
• Drive efficiency, accuracy, and service quality

What We’re Looking For

• Active DFPI Escrow License (required)
• 10+ years escrow experience
• Leadership experience managing teams
• Strong knowledge of CA escrow processes
• Ability to handle volume + keep things moving
